*** is up with this company?

<p>After sending in my banking details for a third party claim 2 MONTHS ago, I am still waiting for payment. I have not received a single call from this agency since the start of this claim process which began in AUGUST! I've had to contstantly follow up with them for confirmation/s and more information. On top of that, their client had reversed into my parked car in AUGUST and they are not even going to offer me car rental during repair time. Zurich, just pay me my money so that I can be rid of you, simple.</p> <p> </p> <p>P.S - don't even bother copy pasting your generic response as I've already forward through to ********** - A WEEK AGO WITH STILL NO RESPONSE. </p> <p> </p> <p>How does this company still have clients? They're worse than telkom.</p>
