Bryte responded to my first complaint on hellopeter but, despite having no evidence, are still trying to get me to admit to negligent driving. From their first email to me, ************ has been the general approach throughout all correspondence. They mentioned Law of Delict in their first email to me, to intimidate me, and then found out it was their client that had infringed the law by committing two negligent acts. Bryte client was negligent by: Driving and looking for 'trespassers" at the same time, thus not giving 100% of his attention to driving, Stopping at the 'T' junction with his car in gear and his foot on the brake (and clutch if manual) instead of placing the car in neutral and his handbrake on. Bryte client also admitted to being fully to blame for the accident in his police report. Bryte is demonstrating the worst approach possible by an insurance company. They are trying to intimidate a poor, 50 year old coloured woman on a low income who obviously can’t afford to take them to court. They are the lowest of the low.
