Incredible service!

This review is more about Thelma who works on the Bryte call centre than Bryte. Reason being is I have luckily not had to claim on travel insurance I have taken out from Bryte so I can’t comment on how good they are with their insurance. But I have used them twice over about 5 years for travel insurance and both times dealt with Thelma, the sales/ call centre / get anything done person. She must be one of the best employees I have ever dealt with for any company where I have had to call in to buy from/ get information on the companies products. She is friendly, professional, helpful, happy, know the information, if not will tell you but will then proactively investigate to get the information. If Bryte employs more like her then must be a great company!
