Incompotent Agent and Unprofessional Services!!

This by far the worst insurance company I have dealt with!!! There third party claiming process has been pathetic, its been 4 months later since the insured client drove into my vehicle and still no consensus has been reached and no payout to fix my vehicle. I have never dealt with such an incompotent and unprofessional agent who refuses to enagage with me everytime I call for feedback regarding the claim, the agent has no sense of keeping the client(myself) informed and to date has only sent me 3 emails . This has been the worst and beyond bad or poor customer experience I have had.!!!
