Ignorance
I'm an owner of a full title unit in a security complex in Brackenfell, Western Cape. Included in our levies is an amount for Insurance for the complex. As one of the trustees is employed by the insurance broker (conflict of interests) I enquired about the content of the insurance policy, i.e. to find out what is covered by the insurance policy? To do that I've sent several e-mails to Zurich Insurance (as per their web page) trying to get detail info on the policy. -- 12/3
