Horrible business standards !

On the 25th December i was involved in an accident , in which a Truck belonging to aqua transport skipped a stop street, forcing me to take evasive actions and go of the road. Both Aqua transport and Bryte SA have taken 3 months to look at this 3rd party claim and say they cannot accommodate a 3rd party claim due to there clients drivers statement that he has stopped. I have tyre marks clearly indicating point of where brakes where slammed by the truck , independent witnesses and witnesses to an effect confirming the driver admitting guilt and saying he app**** brakes and the vehicle did not stop. Is this how Bryte SA operates ? I am pursuing full legal action and would ensure this companies hypocrisy is exposed in every level including social media. Stay away from companies as such .
