Geyser (22-***-H-01) - Service Dissatisfaction

I would like to vent my dissatisfaction and frustration at the lack and poor service from this insurance company which we have received, specifically after the geyser was installed on the 06th Dec 2022. Friday 09th Dec is going to be the sixth day since the geyser was found to be leaking and is still faulty. Below is the timeline of events and not to mention the amount of phone calls and inconvenience caused. 02nd Dec – Geyser around 3:00am. I have a software program that shows me the geyser timeline events 04th Dec – call was logged at 09:08am and Ref no 22-***th Dec call was logged with Ndipa Trading to check the Geyser 04th Dec a Service Provider came out late afternoon and confirmed that the geyser was leaking and needed to be replaced 05th Dec bad weather hampered the installation of the geyser through the roof from the outside. I did not want to break the ceiling boards from inside the house to incur further costs to the insurance and the inconvenience. So I waited for 06th Dec hoping that the weather would subside 06th Dec geyser was installed by around 12:30pm. I asked the Service Provider if the geyser was working and the water heating. I was provided with a conflicting answer. Yes the geyser was heating but an electrician must be called for the isolator switch? Why should I call an electrician if the geyser was working? I got the answer on the 08th Dec by Q and R Roadside and Home Assist Service Provider 7th Dec the geyser never heated the water, the day before and on the 07th Dec since the installation after being told by the plumber that the geyser was heating the water and working. Another call was logged Ref No 22-***-H-03 . Another Service Provider from Meltronics Technology came through to check and I was told that he found the problem to be that the wiring connections to the geyser was not tightened sufficiently by the plumbers resulting in a loose connection. Meltronics Service Provider tightened the wiring and the geyser worked through the evening and stopped functioning at around 10:20am. 08th Dec after numerous call to Ammanah, I was sent an SMS at 11:25am that Meltronics Technology would contact me and assist. I called Ammanah again in the afternoon and was told that I would be contacted within 15 to 20min. I am still waiting to be contacted and Meltronics Technology never contacted either. I logged another call Ref No 22-***-H-01 at around 15:14 and Q and R Roadside Assist was assigned with the call. They came through around 5:30pm, checked the problem, discovered that the Isolator was faulty, did not have the part, I was told by them that the plumbers who installed the geyser should come and fix the problem and they left without resolving the problem.

If you look at the above detailed timelines of the poor service received ( I am being kind) to a client who has been with your company for over 20 years, wheel chair bound and a pensioner, is this the type of service Brytesa are rendering to their clients? Further more Brytesa uses Europ assistance as a partner to assist in servicing. This is probably where the weak link lies. If you are accustomed to Government departmental services, then you will be fami**** with these guys service.
