frustrated frustrated frustrated...........what service delivery.........

I am really disappointed in Bryte insurance, i thought very highly of this company until i am in a position where i got hijacked, after dealing with all the trauma, they give me more, my car was insured for R204000 with extras, my renewal is on the 7th month of the year only, they first adjust my car to R10 000 less, then they put a 40% depreciation on my extras, insurance is to put you in the same position as you were prior to a incident, if my extras were ******, will you guys replace me or replace with a 40% depreciation?????????????????????
