If I could give them no star rating, I would do it... actually a negative rating will do. and I know there will be people reading this thinking "ah just a couple of bad reviews, it should be fine" rethink your moves...

Don't even waste your time filing in all the 10000 documents that they want you to fill out should you wish to TRY claim for anything. You literally come out with nothing, besides having wasted so much time! Even a R250 baggage repair, the excess is R700, oh and you were meant to lodge a complaint with the airline first remember?

I wonder if they will pay you out if you die... or if the way you died doesn't fall within "their policy" t&cs

If you do need to take out travel insurance for visa purposes etc, there are other companies out there, so rather carry on to the next one. I wish I actually looked at Hello Peter before using Bryte. This was my first time claiming insurance and wow I am shocked with how its just a money making scheme.

Bottom line is, whatever you want to claim for there is some sort of reasoning behind why they can't cover that or it doesn't fall within their policy.
