does not agree with outcome

I reported my fridge. It is a fridge freezer worth R14 000<br> Handed in a report of the reason for damage<br> Now Zurich disagreed and only paid out R5000 minus R500 for the fridge. I cannot replace the current fridge capacity for that amount. I am very unhappy and I think it is unfair ruling.
