Bryte Insurance Company: This Company does not live up to its so-called company policy and underwriting agreements.

Bryte approved my claim with the supplier to have my motorcycle repaired. Bryte sent a document stating that the claim has been approved and instructed the supplier to go ahead and have the motorcycle repaired. The supplier procured the parts necessary to fix the motorcycle and carried out the repairs. When the supplier tried to get the Invoicing sorted, Bryte requested documents and a BBBEE certificate - (Do I have to ask the SPAR owner for his BBBEE certificate before I buy a Coke and Bread??

Bryte only started their due diligence when payment was due, it seems that Bryte does not even know how to follow their own company operating procedures.

I paid the supplier from my own account just to get my motorcycle back I incured costs and time spent to resolve the incompetence of the Bryte Insurance Company.

Bryte sent me a letter to sign in order to claim my money back, the letter was written in such a way that it doesn't reflect the true status or the actual sequence of events. It seems like Bryte should rather pursue a career in political speech writing so that they can lie to everybody all the time.

I indicated that I won't sign the letter from Bryte as it was written in such a way to hide the actual truth.

I have decided that the money isn't that important and that I would rather inform fellow motorcycle enthusiasts of Bryte's ********* conduct so that they (fellow motorcycle enthusiasts) can get better insurance somewhere else.
