Do not use Zurich
I phoned Zurich with a travel insurance claim. Was put through to an agent (Kim) after telling my whole story was told that she could not help me and could not put me through to the correct agent either! She gave me a number of an agent called Maria that I had to phone. Got hold of her after many tries. The claim was rejected due to a classic fine print on page 57 issue...
