Do not trust Bryte Insurance

I am a teacher and took out international travel insurance with Bryte for a school tour to Europe. The trip was cancelled due to borders being closed. Bryte has not paid us a cent, despite me providing every document they require and meeting all of their requirements. It has been months and still nothing. I find this especially frustrating as it is for a group of children!
