Do not EVER TRUST Bryte Travel Insurance!!

STAY AWAY!!. I purchased Travel Insurance in Sept 2019 with Bryte Travel Insurance on recommendation of Pentravel in Cresta. Due to Covid 19 all air spaces were closed. Yet, despite Bryte's policy CLEARLY stating they will compensate for any losses due to air space closure due to epidemics outbreaks if you purchased the insurance 4 days before travel they do not do so in spite of my buy it 6 months before.. They paid back only the amount I paid for the insurance WITHOUT MY REQUESTING IT. They now suddenly claim the airlines will give vouchers. (But this is for people who do not have travel insurance.) I specifically purchased EXTRA insurance. When I queried this I was told multiple times by Pentravel and Bryte representative that if I want to submit a claim...I must repay the money for the policy BUT they cannot guarantee that my claim will be honored. I was told this on four occasions. The message is clear: "Take the R1955 refund of the money you paid for the insurance and cut your losses because we will not honor our contract with you".
