Dissappointing service - or lack there of
I have an existing Applicance Repair policy underwritten by Bryte. I have had exceptionally excellent service from them until the current claim to repair my tumble dryer. It is now gone a MONTH and it is still not repaired. I have to constantly call them to follow up and get false promises that they will call back. Their policy states FIVE days after assessing they will source the parts and have it fixed else applicance will be replaced.....It is now a MONTH and nothing!!
