Dishonest Insurer

In 2022 I had issues with the repair of my vehicle and the matter was taken up with the insurer which did nothing to resolve the matter. In 2024 the insurer made a payment which I believe was hush money. I requested documentation which is in the possession of the insurer. The insurer is refusing to provide said documents. The refusal of the said documents suggest dishonesty on the part of the insurer and that they are trying to cover up their wrongdoing.
