Disgustingly Pathetic

During July 2021 I submitted a Travel Insurance Claim for medical expenses to Bryte Insurance, who apparently are the Underwriters for Chubb Insurance who in turn offers "free travel insurance" to Discovery Bank Purple Card holders. After many phone calls, emails and cursing because nobody bothered to respond, especially the Netherlands office of Bryte Insurance, an Accessors from Chubb informed me that my Claim was denied because I did not seek medical attention in the Country the incident took place. I explained that I went to two hospitals in the Country I got injured, who refused to attend to me as the hospitals were on a Level 4 Covid warning end were only attending to emergency cases. Two weeks ago I sent an email to Bryte/Chubb informing them that I am going to appeal their decision and I now require the correct procedures to follow. To date I have had no response and when I sent an email to remind them of my request, the mails came back undelivered. This is beyond pathetic, as we the Policy Holders pay their salaries!
