Delay tactics

after being well received by a recoveries and liabilities department on an issue that was unfairly disregarded,I was promised that the lady would get back to me on the 7th of September and we are now in April,it is 7 months later and no one has come back to me yet,I honestly am not surprised by the actions as it is clearly Bryte's modus operandi,to ignore the claimants long enough that they give up hope.I do not even think they take me seriously
