Damage Luggage Baggage damage # 315512

<p>I flew to NY in early Dec 2015 via Dubai . I had to take out insurance cover via Zurich Insurance company prior to departure in case of any mishaps. On return to SA I discovered my luggage bags to be damaged. I dealth with Moses Maluleka who insisted i claim from Emirates ( Ref. DXB/X/ZA/***) and f i fail then i should come back to him so that he can process the claim. Sadly Emirates never respond further. On getting back to Moses, i tried to call hi, serveral times but failed to reach him. He also have not responded to my emails. This requests is still outstanding... </p>
