Completely ignored!!!
I have a claim for travel insurance. The level of service is appalling. Trying to upload documents on the website is difficult enough. Sent them direct to the claims consultant Tebogo, who never gets back to me. I have requested to speak to someone else, no reply. Claim number 53363. Pathetic service but unfortunately they are linked with Absa who i bank with so I had to use them. Wont waste my time next time. I have always had great service from other providers
