Claim paid out in record time once submitted

During lock down I battled to contact them by phone, but always answered e-mail even if it took some time. Once I sorted out what I could claim for I submitted my claim, received approval of claim the same day and money was in my account the next day. Deducted the one star for the sometime slow response to emails
