Claim number ***6... horrible people

Bryte Insurance Company are a bunch of procrastinating *****es and ***** that will do anything not to pay out! I was in an accident with one of thier clients trucks while standing DEAD still at a red light on May 25th 2018 after months of struggling to find appropriate quotes to claim through thier third party they started giving me the runaround and the consultant working on my case Judas Makgopo was never able to call me back or answer the phone...when it came to the settlement letter I spoke to him for two weeks and he kept on promising to send it through by the afternoon.

After two weeks of waiting for ONE email and almost 3 months of waiting for the entire process they send me an email saying it is rejected and treaten me that I shouldn't take it to court.

Here is the email and my responce on the 28 of AUGUST 2018below:

Good Day

The above matter refers.

We hereby give you notice that your claim against our insured for indemnity under the above policy arising from an event that occurred on the 25.05.2018 is rejected due to the reasons below:

According to the sketch and description of our client, you were coming out of the property yard to join the road and was given space by the vehicle that was travelling on the left lane. You however proceeded to skip the lane you were given space to join the right lane and encroached infront of our client's path of travel.

You also stated on your description that you stopped across in the middle of the road with traffic in motion while awaiting to join straight in the right lane. Our client is therefore not liable for the cause of the accident and damages you incurred.

We confirm that should you summons be issued against our insured, Bryte will defend the action vigorously.

Our file is now closed.

I would urrge you to reconcider as I was standing still at a red light after moving into the right lane in front of the truck when he started accellerating, so he would have either hit me or the car infront of me, I also believe your clients sketch should be disregarded as he was not at the accident scene until hours afterwards

Lastly die driver of the truck has an expired Public driving permit as it shows on his licence

So either you reconcider or this matter WILL be taken to court.

These people have horrible customer service and would do anything to not give out money I am extreamly dissatisfied with the experience and hope that the same happens to each one of them!! Meanwhile I will be taking thier client to court for Full payment as his driver doesnt even have a valid PDP And I can't wait to see how they try and worm their way out of that!
