Buying time with 3rd party claim

<p>My car was in an accident on the 31st of Jan. It is now the 8th of March and only today was an assessor assigned. After the assessor has been assigned it will STILL take 48 hours for them to contact me AND then we have to meet for that person to have a look at my car. This, after they had asked me to get 3 quotes for them!!!!! I sent through my documents on time and Lesego has been slack about dealing with me. I have never recieved one phone call from her, I have done all the phoning! for that you can even check my phone call history! The draught will be over in Cape Town the day she returns my call. This is the most awful service I have ever recived. I have never heard of Zurich insurance and now I know why...its definately not for the good service.</p>
