Bryte...Not a very bryte insurer

Absolutely useless!!! Communication is non existent .Consultants promise to call back and never do. I claimed for a roof leak and their assessor said it was negligence however I had just bought the house and when they insured me Noone was sent to check the initial condition of the roof. To make matters worse my broker advised me that the claim consultant basically said I can go to the ombudsman if I have an issue.No courtesy call or any effort. Secondly I claimed for a car radio valuing R1500 which was separately insured as an accessory the access is the same as my car which is R4000 and it is counted as a vehicle claim.

I struggled for 2days calling to actually make the claim and no consultant called back. These were my only two claims in two years and the customer service was a nightmare. And to top it all off I was paying R250 for my sound and mags which was beyond my vehicle installment and low and behold when i asked for the accessories to be removed R40 was deducted from the initial installment with no ex T
