bryte travel insurance ducking and diving.
i took out insurance with this dreadful insurance company as i was flying to the US on the 7th april with SAA which i was concerned may liquidate, when along came covid-19. the fact that the reason for me going to america (for a 70th birthday) no longer existed was dismissed with their response that SAA would be responsible for a later booking. this i accepted. now that SAA is to be liquidated, i would like my money back from bryte travel insurance and they still say they are no longer responsible. i would warn anyone against patronising this company. they are awful.
