Bryte travel insurance - don't bother.

I am at my wits end dealing with Bryte, I have been receiving "free" travel insurance from them through my bank for as long as I can remember, which I have been paying to top up, but they make claiming impossible. Going forward I will rather pay for different travel insurance that actually does provide cover.

When overseas I hurt my foot in an accident, which required physiotherapy. I tried to claim from Bryte, as this is covered. I have been trying to claim since December, but they have sent me from pillar to post, department to department, with the latest response saying they will not cover the incident, because I have medical aid in place - even though the medical aid does not cover this, because I have travel insurance in place! So neither provider, Bryte nor Bonitas will cover the claim, because there is other cover in place, although neither policy is providing cover on the claim! Absurd and ludicrous. I can understand the clause to avoid me being paid twice ,but to not be paid once? Ludicrous.
