I bought travel insurance from Bryte for my recent trip. Unfortunately I have a claim. I submitted my claim and my claim was allocated to Tebogo Tsatsimpe and I have received no feedback or call from him. My claim is not being addressed. They were quick to take my money but their service is bad and non existing

So now you send me an email to say upload documents and your website is not allowing me to do this!!! Why do you not phone me to discuss you have my details - I will inform also my travel agent of your bad service you are pathetic beyond words
