BRYTE refusing to Pay!

Claim number: 686216 from WTP in Cananda Claim number: 44931 from Bryte SA Date of birth: 21 September 1986 Policy number: *** from 19 February 2022-18 February 2023 *** *** I took Bryte travel insurance for H2A work in the USA 2021 and 2022 never claimed. On the 14th November 2022 i picked something heavy up and felt a pain at my naval. On the 17th i went to the doctor and got booked at the surgen to evaluate my pain and stated that i had a "ventral abdominal wall hernia" and need surgery on the 2nd December 2022. I phoned them again and informed them that i need surgery after i emailed them the doctors results on my already open claim at Bryte that i informed them i need to go to the doctor. Claim number 686216 that WTP gave me and the one in Bryte SA Claim number 44931. There after i kept phoning them everyday and everytime i were speaking with someone else. On the 29 Novemeber 2022 they told me it is not an emergency type of operation. On the 30th November 2022 my broker who sold me the cover asked them to review their decision also because i am not going back to South Africa on 1 December 2022, i also informed them that i am staying and i need the surgery because i am in a lot of pain. They informed me that it is declined again and they can put me on a one way flight back. On 1 December 2022 today they phone me just to ask am i flying back where i had to inform them again i am not i gave you the proof i am not flying back. She said they will review my case again with only disappointment informing me again it is declined. I asked Bryte so they were willing too book a flight back with the response of yes but you need to pay it we will reimburse you afterwards me thinking of atleast using that amount adding it to the cost of the operation that i need. I also ask can i gofor a second opinion where they atleast can do a ultrasound and see the size of tear inside because the doctor did not she only poked at my stomach for 20 seconds, so how can BRYTE medical board make a decision without seeing how big of a tear is inside me, do your homework please BRYTE you can die if your organs and guts get strangled and loose of bloodflow to them. I got injured here with a Bryte cover and they refused to treat me and looked for the easy way out of the contract, what is the purpose of taking a Bryte cover and should you get injured you are on your own. I will have to make all the men aware of this that are working in the USA on a H2A Visa and warning them on all the platforms that we are on especially Facebook platform they need to aware. The arrogance of phoning me exactly on the 1 Decemeber 2022 when i was scheduled to fly back to South Africa also tells me alot.
