BRYTE INSURANCE/DINERS do not pay TRAVEL INSURANCE

Easyjet cancelled a flight in their call centre INCORRECTLY. It was their fault This was a flight from Luton to Geneva BRYTE/ DINERS /STANDARD BANK DO NOT COVER you for airline mistakes

So, what's the point of taking out insurance. The plane can crash through a fault of the airline, but a CALL CENTER fault they will not cover. How absolutely, ludicrous. The airline can loose your baggage or cancel a flight (both errors) but the error in the CALL CENTER they will not pay for!!! So, you are STRANDED. They find every excuse under the sun not to pay you. Your Diners Club insurance administered by Bryte is meaningless. Be aware!!!
