I wish to bring to your attention the outstanding service that I received from Mr Leonardo Brink during the course of this past week.

I am a frequent traveller and had two Bryte travel policies, which required amendments due to changed travel plans. It was quite a complicated situation, as I was already travelling on one of the policies, which had to be extended to also incorporate travel covered by another Bryte policy. Without going into all the details of complications, suffice to say that Mr Brink managed to resolve the convoluted and complicated technical issues promptly. Throughout the process he was most patient, supportive, knowledgeable and professional. Indeed, I think that Mr Brink is a great asset to your organization and I will definitely make use of Bryte services and products again, given my total satisfaction with my recent and past interactions with the company.
