Bryte insurance, poor customer service and experience
I will not recommend Bryte Insurance at all. They are not clear with their product from the beginning; if you have a claim you need to claim first from the airline or service providers. This you only find out after submitting a claim.
Their customer service is very poor, if you do not follow up, they do not respond. Taking out the additional travel insurance with them was a total waste of money and energy.
