Bryte Insurance: Not so bright

Our Formula 1 tour was cancelled due to Covid. We had taken out insurance with Bryte Insurance but they refused to pay out as they say that the tour operator had not paid for our flights and accommodation. What they do not understand is that we had already paid for it. They are a bunch of ******* and everyone should avoid doing business with them. This is a typical example of why insurance companies has a bad reputation. I will however make sure that this message reach as many people as possible, in order to avoid others being ****med as well.
