Bryte Insurance Company - Something there is going right!

One always hopes that nothing goes wrong. It takes time and effort to make an Insurance claim - I just made three after three distinct travel related incidents! I expected a lethargic, unresponsive Insurance Company on the other side. In all I dealt with 4 Bryte employees: One Official prior to travelling to set up the Insurance - I had some specific requests; One individual who conveyed to my relief that I could e-mail documents rather than upload them on the internet (which is not easy for me) and two individuals who dealt with my claims: one with one of them and one with two of them. All four were highly responsive. The assessments were done competently and professionally. For one of them - I did not get what I expected, but the outcome was explained comprehensively with proper reference to the Policy and on reflection I think it was fair. All assessments and related payments were completed timeously. Something is being done with the culture at Bryte Insurance Company that is working well!
