BRYTE INSURANCE COMPANY REFUSING TO PAY MY 3RD PARTY CLAIM`

Bryte Insurance company is one of the most unprofessional companies one has to deal with. I am extremely aggravated as this company does not want to pay my 3rd party insurance claim.

Bryte's client collided with my vehicle and the consultant tried to make it seem like I was at fault based on whatever reasoning, and added a slight undertone threat of legal action.

I will not be intimidated by by greedy money hungry vultures, and will retaliate accordingly through the proper legal channels as all my facts of the incident are reflected in the police accident report, but the biased nature of the company allows for them to refuse to take responsibility and also refuse to pay out claims.

After rigorously gathering; X02 quotations, pictures of my damaged vehicle, the police accident report etc., like the company asked, I am still being treated unfairly. To add insult to injury, their client didn't even write a statement, because he knew it would be an admission of guilt.

I am willing to do whatever it takes to get justice, whether it be through the Ombudsman, legal action and assistance through social media.

Bryte's corporate ethics must be questioned and exposed!!

All I am trying to do is get closure from this matter, I want settled what is owed to me, so that we can move on from this frustrating situation.

I have just e-mailed you my cell phone number.

The ball is in your court on whether you really do want your ethics questioned by South African public, or if you can finally salvage any credibility in the public eye whatsoever by settling what is due to me.

My only advice to anyone reading this post;

1. You are on your own, the insurance company will do everything in it's power to make sure they don't pay out so come to terms with that stance from them.

2. Make sure you have legal counsel, Legal wise is about R99 a month, they will do the bare minimum but that's better than nothing.

3. You need to consult the guidance of the consumer protection act & the ombudsman respectively.

4. Do not keep quiet for more than 3 years without re-engaging with the insurance company, because all debts subscribe after 3 years. So legally the insurance company wouldn't be liable to paying you any more.

5. Do not be intimidated by their ****gish tactics, do not take NO for an answer... be firm!

6. Goodluck, & repeat steps from point 1.
