Bryte Insurance; a ******* !

Bryte Insurance is the most unprofessional insurance company i have every come across. My previous insurance company was bought over from Bryte, I have claimed 3 times in the past 17 years I have been with my broker, however when she informed that they have been bought over by Bryte I did not worry because Adele was staying on. Then 2 weeks ago a taxi rear ended my car. Adele was amazing on the phone. Then came the issues. After submitting the paper work as well as the quote they asked for with regards to the repairs. It took a week for someone to get hold of me, the used some company called Straighthrough Procurement to get hold of me via Whatsapp and asked for the photos of my car, by the way you cant get hold of that company there is no contact details for them! After about 3 weeks after the accident and emailing my broker repeatedly and asking her what is going on, I finally get a response. They sent me an email say that my repairs have been authorized at a random body shop here in East London that no one I know has ever heard of them! Then you phone them and come up with a whole bunch of excuses. What right do they have to pick any body shop for their clients. They did not even send me a list of their approved client during this process. There has been no updated communication on any of their policy changes at all. When you try get hold of the managers they are always busy. Once i have finished with this claim i will definitely move from this company.
