Bryte employs numerous tacticts to avoid refunding

Every time I travel I use Bryte Travel Insurance. Last year my baggage from Naples to Jnb via Dubai was misplaced. I got the Samsonite suitcase back a week later, and it was severely damaged. When I tried to claim for the suitcase from Bryte it just proved impossible. I send photos, a quote and so it went on. Eventually they requested a quote for repairs, but by that time the suitcase was long gone. I also stay in the Free State in the countryside - where on earth do you even find someone to repair a Samsonite suitcase. Eventually the delaying tacticts used by Bryte worked, and I just gave up.

Heaven forbid if you fall ill overseas and you try to use the insurance.

Really pathetic.
