Bryte, at the verge of closure?

Hi I have submitted a motor Vehicle claim on 5th Jan 2026. Since then I have not received no progress report regarding my claim. FNB insurance being the intermediary didn't even contact with the update on the matter despite of me contacting FNB on several occasions. FNB insurance will discuss only on your query and then there is pin drop silence, I'm disappointed with FNB and Bryte unfortunately and still don't know what's is outcome of my claim. I never missed a single premium but suffering at the hand of these insurance Lords.....
