Bryte - a waste of time and money - go elsewhere

Don't waste your money with Bryte - you wont be able to claim - try another insurer. They make you go through the whole online process of lodging a claim and uploading documents and then simply send a termination email via a template. They invite you to ask any questions, but don't bother they won't respond (Hlengi Mdhuli), you just don't hear from them again as they consider the matter finalised - after all what on earth makes you think they want to actually consider a claim. They also know from the start that you wont be able to obtain the proof they require to lodge a claim, their wording is crafty as they know the embassies won't provide a letter with the word they require.
