Beware of using this ********* company. They rejected a travel claim on spurious, ambiguous grounds. I had a delay in a visa application which resulted in me losing a non-refundable hotel booking. I was then told that the policy only covered postponed rather than cancelled bookings. In the policy itself it is clear that this app**** to cancellations but small print not supp**** suggests only for postponements Very disappointing.
