Better and Vapsure are ****s. All accompanied by their friend Cartrack insurance

I must say I am very disappointed in Vapsure and Bryte. I called them to cancel my insurance since I got a better offer elsewhere. Guess what they sent me a lousy email with no confirmation letter of the cancellation. Now they debited my money.

Can I be refunded and the contract cancelled ?
