Awaiting Third party claim amt even after 3 months

Hi<br> <br> Claim no - *** <br> My ***<br> Zurich reference - PE Molubi<br> Date of accident - 11/06/2015<br> ___<br> I have been patient enough but now I have lost it completely. pathetic service by Zurich.<br> It's been more than 3 months now since I have been waiting for my claim amount. I sent the duly signed Claim Release form on 13th August 2015 and I was told that the money would be credited in 30 days. Today when i call up, I am told PULE (the consultant who is handling this) is on leave. So if Pule doesnt turn up to work, I should keep on waiting for my payments. Also the consultant who spoke today mentions that she will request for the Release of payment but it will take another 30 days . NOT ACCEPTABLE ZURICH. sort this out ASAP pls.
