Avoid This Company at All Costs

Basically they will make up any excuse not to pay a claim. I believe it is in the best interests of the public not to support these type of companies.

I would like to retract my statement as to the above case. The company contacted me after the complaint and followed up very proffessionaly. They honoured their commitment as an insurance company. In today's world where service delivery is so important they have more than done there bit. I give this company a 5 star rating for in all aspects. The customer service was beyond excellent. Give them your support they deserve it.
