I wish it was possible to give less than a 1-star

This company do the very typical- sell themselves as your life-saver and the best option to go with as a travel insurance and they always have your back. Well when things go wrong and you need their help, all of a sudden there are a million excuses as to why they can't pay out.

Not only do they completely pull the wool over your eyes, they take 12-15 working days to REPLY to you. I, me, the CLIENT, had to email THEM 3 times before I got some sort of answer regarding my claim. Then, only half the claim was dealt with ("dealt"with, i.e, they found ********** 0000 excuses as to why they can't pay out, following ALL the promises given to get the money from you initially). I emailed requesting to be contacted immediately and for resolution on the rest of my claim....spoiler alert: I am still waiting for a call and for some sort of response. So you sign up for travel insurance and then when you are stuck over 14 000 km away from home, they FAIL to deliver!
