Absolutely Pathetic Service. Poorly trained Call Centre Agents

<div> I called yesterday to Brytes Insurance to inform them that my mother's solar geyser is leaking. The call centre agent then claimed that my mother's house is NOT insured. Yet, I had the policy schedule opened on my PC and I told that not only is it covered, but that we had claimed before.

She called me back to enquire about my broker's details which I provided. Shen called again to say that she could not get in touch. Yet, when I called, I got through immediately to their office.. And that was the last I heard of her.

I called Brytes' call centre again, this time speaking to another call agent and relaying the same information. Again, that was it, no call back, no communication regarding my claim. NOTHING!

This morning I called Brytes again, and spoke to the 3rd different agent. Keep in mind that NO AGENT had bothered to call me back to enquire about the status of my claim. In the meantime water is gushing out of my mom's geyser. So clearly Brytes does not deem my call urgent at all.

I received a call from Brytes around 11am today. So since my initial call yesterday around 8am, I am still to have a plumber at my mom's house.

This is the worst service that I have encountered thus far. Brytes gleefully accepts my huge premium very month, but when it comes to claims, they duck and dive. I am already in the process of looking for other alternatives, as my business does not receive the necessary respect it deserves.
