Absolutely pathetic
We understand that in this period of lockdown and coronavirus, issues are taking longer to resolve. I sent in this claim below on the 19th March to Leonardo who forwarded the claim to Bryte travel. When I didn't receive a response, I resent the claim directly to Bryte travel. I received an automated response this time. I went online yesterday (1 April) and got hold of the bot who was supposed to email me the claim forms. I did not receive the forms. I phoned Bryte travel, but the phone was put down. Please can we get some assurance from Bryte travel, whether they are working on our claims, or if they are working or not during the lockdown, LIKE THE OTHER COMPANIES ARE DOING. This was the claim I sent through: Our travel plans were cut short, as we were advised by our tour company that the airport in Colombo will be closed. We were advised to leave at our earliest. We left Sri Lanka on the 17th and arrived in SA on the 18th March. We were supposed to have arrived back to SA on the 21st March. Please advise on how to claim for curtailment of trip, due to factors beyond our control.
Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention. We will look into it as a matter of urgency and will get back to you.
If you are able to provide additional information, please send an e-mail to our customer services team at ***.
Kind regards
