A not so Bryte Insurance Company
Disgusting service from a not so Bryte Insurance Company. I'm a third party claimer. I have been waiting for over 3 months for Brytes insurance to process my claim. I spent my time and effort traveling seeking for the cheapest quote possible and they have the nerve to tell me I need pay 30% of the claim because I am partially to blame for an accident there client caused. They never follow up on calls, you have to be the one following up on them.
I had hope that my agent would assist me accordingly but I guess not everyone has the customer service s****.
