7 months still no payment

I have called, emailed, followed up since i claimed in November 2014 and still no payment for the damage. my emails are ignored. i have to call and wait for a very long time before they attend to me. I was told payment was going to be done on the 28th of April when i called on the 23rd of April. Today is the 5th of May 2015 and still no payment for damage that happened in November 2014. The service is beyond ridiculous. I cant fix my car until a payment is made and 7 months later I'm still waiting.
