42 days to get a claim form!!!

<p>I was referred to Ashveer by Kapara Insurance and upon contacting him, he then refered to Andile Wezi in 3rd party claims as he was apparently allocated to the matter. Andile Wezi didn’t return a single call or message left for him. Eventually when I got hold of him, he then referred me to Eliza in your recovery department whom had no knowledge of the claim. After going through 3 different channels and emailing both Seth Magubane and Brian Maunganidze (who both didn’t bother to respond), I was then directed to Vusi Ngwenya who is now dealing with my claim. After all of this run around - not a single person has taken ownership of the inconvenience caused!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What is going on with your establishment? It took 42 days for me to receive a claim form and no one made any contact with me despite leaving several messages with Lesego Mabote at reception/switch board. The claim form now says it will take up to 30 days to resolve, are you telling me that an accident that happened on May 25th takes 3 months to resolve? </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this best practice at Bryte Insurance? This matter will be taken further with the insurance ombudsman should I receive any further hassles regarding claim ********** .</p>
