4 Months and still not paid out

4 moths ago a Zurich insured client hit my 1 yr old car with his truck. i put in a 3rd party claim with zurich and have since not received any correspondence from them. i find myself calling every day to get an update with many excuses and reasons why the claim is still being processed. there is a serious lack of communication ans customer service. i can never get through to the person handling my claim and other consultants wont help but rather take a message to have the claim agent call me which she never does. my vehicle has been standing for 4 months which i am paying for. what kind of an insurance company is this? in my opinion you guys are running a mickey mouse operation with no consideration for the lives and well being of the innocent party. the latest update is that my claim is sitting with management awaiting approval for the past 5 days, i am still going to wait another month for payment to be issued. that ismore than 5 months in total for a 3rd party claim. you should be ashamed of the company you work for. i expect a quick response to this.
