3rd party claim - Ombudsman

I am extremely irritated as i had submitted a 3rd party insurance claim in January . Bryte insurance client hit into the right rear of my vehicle, i am now being told they will not be paying for the claim as there is conflicting statements form there client and myself, as there client claims i caused the incident. If you think i will accept that : "because there was no witnesses you have to just take your clients side: over the correct details of the incident, i will surely meet you with this discussion at the Ombudsman!
